Good afternoon and happy holidays to everyone
I am an alcoholic and my name is Joe
Ive been in touch with some of my sub committee chairs everyone is
on time with their various duties, whi8ch I appreciate
Thank you again for sending Kelly and I your reports before todays meeting I want to thank everyone for their hard work

The following occurred for this month
-program chair and co chair have met to work towards completing the written
program we are still waiting for the Marathon meetings to be filled
-all the host and hostesses have been given the contact info to call the speakers
introduce themselves and welcome them to our customers
-we continue to select the readings for each meeting and workshop
-the program is on target for all work to be done to date
-we continue to ask for donations for the baskets for the speakers-we will need 3
of each item . Thank you

Hi!

Last month we had the envelope stuffing at my house. Thank you to all those who showed up and helped.

Last Wednesday Frank Z. and my always ready co-chair Joe C. came over and picked up the envelopes and they were mailed on Thursday.

I ordered the "special order" ribbons and I am waiting for the last of them to come in.

We had 3 registrants this month!!

I think that's everything!

I left something out of my report.
Stuart sent me some examples of meal tickets and I picked four. He will be bringing them to the meeting on Sunday for the committee's input.

Announced group anniversaries and events going on in the area Flyers are available for whom ever is interested

The Wilson house is booked for Jan 16-18 There is space for approximately 22 people if you include the apt.
13 people have signed up. Price per person has been calculated seperately and a copy is available. Price will reduce
or increase depending on how may people attend. Deposits are required by Dec 8th
Please give the deposit checks by that date
Meals prices are as follows Fri night supper $10 for those over 60 $8 sat breakfast is $8 Saturday supper is $15
they do not serve meals on Sundays. The local AA group puts out a continental breakfast on sunday morning.

Hi Kelly, Our skit is coming along well. Writers are doing a great job. Alot of focus has been on the New Years Eve party. Held at the 1st Presberterian Church in Mearchantville. 8:30pm to 12:30. Music ,food ,DJ, balloon drop at Midnight. A fun safe environment.Tickets $15.00 before the 21st. and $20.00 thereafter. Hope to see alot of you there. It's a great time.. Thats all I've got. Hope all is well. Thank you for your service. Helen

Alice will be our lottery table manager

4)we have interactive map game one for each table allowing all to participate

SEVERAL OF THE GIRLS ARE GOING TO THE BREAKFAST THAT MORNING AT THE CARSLAKE COMMUNITY CENTER FOR OUR INTERGROUP. WE WILL BE THERE AT THE MEETING DEC 7. WE CHANGED THE WORDS TO THE SONG FROM JOURNEY TO COME SAIL AWAY TO AA. I STILL HAVE TO BUY THE CD. LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING ALL OF YOU. DO WE OWE MONEY FOR THE WILSON HOUSE TRIP????LET ME KNOW.
